Industrial Buildings

Group G – Industrial Buildings : This group includes any building or part of building or structure in which products of different kinds and properties, are fabricated, assembled or processed. For example, laboratories, assembly plants, laundries, gas plants, power plants, refineries, diaries, etc., Buildings under this group are further classified in to three groups, namely G-1, G-2, and G-3 depending upon hazard of occupancy as low, moderate and high respectively.
